Services We Offer

 

PCP Sales and Merchandising offers companies a comprehensive service with a team of dedicated sales representatives and shelf packers that visit stores on a daily basis.  During these visits orders are taken, shelves are packed, products are sorted for return and the necessary documentation completed.  


In addition, regular visits are made by the Marketing Managers, in order to launch new products, boost existing sales, strengthen client relations and resolve complaints. 


Our team will also be involved in all the company’s planned sales initiatives, such as promotions, trade and other shows, and placing of promotional material. 


We also offer companies a comprehensive, optional Telesales and Support service, in addition to our Sales and Merchandising services. The aim of this service is to further stimulate regular sales by phoning clients daily for orders (as per a pre-determined delivery schedule), and to resolve product related and store queries, as fast and effectively as possible.
